Chocolate Workshops in Sopot – Create Your Own Bar in a Real Artisan Factory

This is not your typical session with pre-made chocolate and a few toppings. Here, you step into a real artisan factory and see how chocolate is truly made. You’ll discover the entire process—from raw cocoa beans, through selection and processing, all the way to the finished bar. We present the machines, explain fermentation and plantation work, and give participants the chance to see and touch the origins of chocolate.
Each participant creates their own chocolate bar and decorates it with selected toppings. During the workshop, you’ll learn what makes the exceptional Nacional Arriba cocoa different from the cocoa used in mass-produced store chocolates. This is an experience that offers not only enjoyment but also a genuine understanding of flavor, quality, and origin.
The workshops were developed by Martha Coello Morales, co-owner of the Sopocka Manufaktura, who comes from a family with generations of cocoa-growing tradition in Ecuador. Thanks to this, you’ll explore not only the production process but also the history, heritage, and source of what ends up in each chocolate bar.The program also includes a tasting of chocolates made by Sopocka Manufaktura. It’s a perfect idea for a date, an outing with friends or family, or even a solo experience. It also works great as a gift or simply as a delightful way to spend time in a unique place.
Schedule: Thursdays from 5:30 PM and Saturdays from 12:00 PM
